Refund policy
We do not offer returns or refunds.
However, even exchanges can be made within 15 days from the delivery date of your order by contacting us via e-mail at shop@manelabelequestrian.com
All mailing service fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Exchanged items will not be shipped out until the original order/item is received and processed.
After dropping your item(s) off with the carrier, Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your exchange item to be delivered, processed and for your exchange to initiate/your exchange order to ship out to you.
In order to qualify for an even exchange, Items must be in their original condition, and exchanges cannot be accepted without your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.

Products marked as final sale, custom products, or personalized products are final and are not eligible for exchanges, cancellations or alterations
