Shipping policy

Exchange mailing service fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Exchanged items will not be shipped out until the original item is received and processed.

After dropping your item(s) off with the carrier, Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your exchange item to be delivered, processed and for your exchange to initiate/your exchange order to ship out to you.
